Sous Chef you will effectively lead a high-performing, production
team across a leading high-tech corporate dining account. This role
shapes our culinary and hospitality intentions-ensuring great
service, culinary excellence, and detailed execution that reflects
our client’s elevated standards. The Sous Chef will guide
operations and champion innovation, foster collaboration and
translate culinary priorities into memorable dining experiences
that drive client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
Rigorously manage workplace and food safety standards, including
meticulous allergen management, to ensure the highest levels of
guest well-being and operational safety. Support a high-impact
culinary program Exhibit a versatile skill set across a broad range
of cooking methods Ensure meticulous adherence to all menu
specifications, production and prep guidelines Set an expectation
of teamwork that is friendly and engaging Develop, mentor, and
elevate a high-achieving team culture rooted in excellence Treat
everyone with professionalism, care and respect Ensure food and
workplace safety standards are met Preferred Qualifications 1 - 3
years kitchen supervisor experience Ability to manager multiple
high volume production stations Ability to manage inventory and
ordering Passion for food trends, flavors, and recipe adherence
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment Knowledge of
food and workplace safety protocols and compliance ServSafe
certification a plus Union experience a plus While this schedule
and location are currently projected, they are flexible and may be
